Yoga & Fitness

Our Mission

To create a welcoming space where individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels can build strength, find balance, and reconnect with themselves through mindful movement, restoration, and community connection.

Our Vision

To be Northern Virginia’s premier inclusive wellness studio where every body, at every level, is supported through quality instruction, balanced movement, and a strong, connected community.

About Our Team

At Vint Hill Yoga & Fitness, our team is made up of down-to-earth teachers and trainers who are passionate about helping you move better, feel stronger, and live with more ease.

We come from different backgrounds, but we’re united by a shared commitment to creating a welcoming, supportive space where every student feels seen and encouraged – whether it’s your first class or your hundredth.

Each of us brings our own expertise and teaching style, but we’re all here for the same reason: to help you feel more capable, confident, and connected in your body and your life

Dana W.

Dana is the owner of Vint Hill Yoga & Fitness and a passionate instructor for yoga, barre, Pilates, and fitness classes at the studio. Guided by her motto, “Striving for symmetry in mind, body, and soul,” Dana empowers students to build strength, find balance, and move with confidence in their everyday lives. Her teaching is practical, approachable, and rooted in helping each person feel capable and supported – on and off the mat.

Peggah Farid

Peggah began practicing yoga over 20 years ago as a way to stretch after workouts. What started as a physical complement to fitness quickly evolved into something much deeper. Through consistent practice, she discovered that yoga is not just about flexibility – it’s about connection, strength, resilience, and self-awareness.

For Peggah, teaching yoga is about giving back the gift that transformed her and sharing it with the community she cares about.

Madison H.

Madison’s classes weave breathwork (pranayama) into Vinyasa flows to help you surrender fully to your practice – and your life – creating space for light to pour in. Yoga has truly changed Madison’s life, and she teaches to share that love and transformation with others. Outside the studio, you’ll find her dancing, baking, hiking, or making movies.

Leah L.

Leah is a newly certified Hatha and Vinyasa teacher who believes yoga should feel both
empowering and accessible. She has a background in art, travel and creative expression. Her classes encourage students to move with awareness, explore their edges, and find balance in body and mind.
