To create a welcoming space where individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels can build strength, find balance, and reconnect with themselves through mindful movement, restoration, and community connection.
To be Northern Virginia’s premier inclusive wellness studio where every body, at every level, is supported through quality instruction, balanced movement, and a strong, connected community.
At Vint Hill Yoga & Fitness, our team is made up of down-to-earth teachers and trainers who are passionate about helping you move better, feel stronger, and live with more ease.
We come from different backgrounds, but we’re united by a shared commitment to creating a welcoming, supportive space where every student feels seen and encouraged – whether it’s your first class or your hundredth.
Each of us brings our own expertise and teaching style, but we’re all here for the same reason: to help you feel more capable, confident, and connected in your body and your life
Thom is a newly certified instructor who began regularly practicing yoga to support his goals in endurance sports. With the help of the tools of yoga, he was able to complete his first Ironman 140.6 mile triathlon the week he turned fifty.
As an E-RYT 500, RCYT, and YACEP, Cheryl is passionate about making yoga accessible to every body and every stage of life. She believes that taking time to step onto your mat is an act of self-care that creates lasting positive change both on and off the mat.
Peggah began practicing yoga over 20 years ago as a way to stretch after workouts. What started as a physical complement to fitness quickly evolved into something much deeper. Through consistent practice, she discovered that yoga is not just about flexibility – it’s about connection, strength, resilience, and self-awareness.
For Peggah, teaching yoga is about giving back the gift that transformed her and sharing it with the community she cares about.
Madison’s classes weave breathwork (pranayama) into Vinyasa flows to help you surrender fully to your practice – and your life – creating space for light to pour in. Yoga has truly changed Madison’s life, and she teaches to share that love and transformation with others. Outside the studio, you’ll find her dancing, baking, hiking, or making movies.
Leah is a newly certified Hatha and Vinyasa teacher who believes yoga should feel both
empowering and accessible. She has a background in art, travel and creative expression. Her classes encourage students to move with awareness, explore their edges, and find balance in body and mind.

I’m so glad I came! What a welcoming environment. Clean and peaceful! I did a heated yoga class with Brandi and she was amazing. Very patient with educating and and belong to adjust my movements. The members there were so sweet and inviting. I really felt like I dropped into a fitness family. Dana (owner) has really done something pivotal in this community.

Vint Hill Yoga and Fitness is wonderful. My old yoga studio closed over two years ago and I didn’t think I’d find a new yoga home, I’m so happy I finally tried it out. The instructors are great and the different classes are great as well. You can try all of the classes you want the first week for $35, to figure out what you want to add to your routine. 10/10
