We blend balance training, functional strength exercises, and deep stretching to help you move with more confidence and ease. Suitable for all fitness levels, with modifications offered so you can find your ideal mix of stability, strength, and stretch each session.

Barre

Sculpt and tone your body with this low-impact, high-intensity class that combines ballet-inspired movements, Pilates, and strength training. Using small, controlled movements and high repetitions, Barre targets muscles you might not normally engage, building core strength, stability, and long, lean muscle tone. No dance experience needed.

Body Sculpt

This low-impact class focuses on toning and strengthening your arms, legs, and core for a balanced, sculpted body. With targeted exercises and functional movement patterns, you’ll build muscle and improve endurance. All levels welcome.

Warm Yogalates

A dynamic blend of yoga and Pilates practiced in a gently heated room (75–80°) to help warm the muscles and support ease of movement. This class combines the core-strengthening and toning benefits of Pilates with the balance, flexibility, and mindful breath of yoga.
