Whether you’re brand new to exercise, returning after an injury, navigating body changes, or looking to build strength and confidence, our one-on-one training offers safe, supportive, and personalized guidance every step of the way.

Your journey begins with a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation, where we’ll talk through your goals, movement history, injuries, concerns, and lifestyle. From there, you’ll schedule an in-person assessment to gently evaluate movement patterns, strength, mobility, balance, and flexibility. This allows us to create a customized plan that feels approachable, effective, and sustainable.

For those coming back after injury, surgery, or extended time away from exercise, sessions are intentionally paced with an emphasis on safety, mobility, stability, and rebuilding trust in your body. Training is always adapted to your needs, with modifications and progressions that respect your recovery.

Training for adults 40 and beyond focuses on strength, balance, joint health, posture, bone density, and mobility—helping you move better, feel stronger, and stay active for life. Sessions are thoughtful, effective, and designed to support longevity, not burnout. Together, we’ll determine the best training approach and schedule—whether that’s ongoing personal training, short-term goal support, or a plan that complements your group classes. Sessions are never one-size-fits-all and always evolve as you do.
